THISTL is collaborating with non-profit partners to offer a Homeownership Education course specifically for trans and gender-expansive humans. Learn about the home purchasing process, as well as important information about household budgeting, upkeep, and affordability. This course may also qualify you for down payment assistance based on eligibility rules and current availability.

This course will occur on a Saturday October 21st and last approx. 8 hours. THISTL will cover the cost of the course, materials, and 1:1 virtual post-sessions with a certified HUD housing counselor. Lunch is provided. THISTL will provide a $120 stipend upon course completion. Spaces are limited and selections will be made on a rolling basis.
